In the process of wire harness processing, some common connecting wires, electronic wires, automobile wire harness wire connectivity should pay attention to:

Wire processing

1. Connection of terminals and wires

1) winding terminals, must be wound 1 to 2 times;

2) the cup type terminal must be tightly connected along one side of the longer inner wall;

3) cylindrical terminal, more than 1.5 turns, the wire head must be wrapped in the terminal;

4) drum column-type terminal, the wire head with diameter less than 0.5mm must be hooked to the terminal;

5) for the terminal of perforation, the wire head must be hooked on the terminal with a diameter less than 0.5mm, and the wire head must be bent into s-shape;

6) hook connection, the size of the leakage part is between 0.5 mm and 1.5mm, the side can not be bent, the wire must be closely connected with the wiring terminal, can not be wrapped insulation layer;

2. Connection between conductors and conductors

1) lap joint: the length of the lap joint is required to be greater than 3mm, the mechanical property of this connection method is weak, and the outer shall be protected by an insulating heat-shrinkable sleeve;

2) helical connection: one wire must be spirally wound to another wire, and the outer part shall be protected by an insulating heat-shrinkable sleeve;
